INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT FOR THE “UNICO BRERA” REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT – 27 APARTMENTS IN THE MILAN CITY CENTER.

UNICO Brera↗︎, is a residential building designed around an innovative, compact and versatile housing solution, suitable for a contemporary lifestyle. The idea for the interior design of this project was born taking inspiration from the neighborhood – a crossroads of cultures, a container of parallel worlds. Playing with boxes within boxes that transform themselves over the day, textile portals divide the day area from the night area, niches behind the headboard acquire a storage purpose and the equipped wall of the living room hides further beds. Comfortable to live in and perfect for short-term rental, UNICO is a product made to measure in every detail and is characterized by two color proposals, neutral or pop. The common thread of the project is the great attention to materials, sophisticated yet designed to guarantee the highest durability.
