Collaboration with Lema Contract for the real estate development One Monte-Carlo in Principality of Monaco

An exclusive real estate development in the centre of the Principality of Monaco for which Beatrice Villata has collaborated with Lema Contract for the custom furnishings of 37 apartments, designed by Bruno Moinard and Claire Bétaille of 4BI & Associates. From the textile headboards with geometric embroidery, to the curved wardrobes and walk-in closets with noble woods; from the interior doors with wooden inlays and brass details, to the special coatings with bright grooves of the walls in the corridors, everything in this project is custom made. Beatrice in the collaboration with Lema has dealt with the relationship with the Client and from the concept to the development of prototypes and mock-ups until the completion of the apartments, demonstrating a great ability to deal with a turnkey project from A to Z, in the presence of international actors.
